Assembly

All bedsides, chests, sideboards etc will be delivered assembled. They will be of solid wood construction and be dovetailed and tongue and grooved in design. HOWEVER, wardrobes are in sections I.e., top, bottom and sides etc. They are designed like this for ease of access to your home and rooms


It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the furniture they purchase can pass through the doorways, hallways, rooms and staircases to the room of their choice. In the event of restricted access the delivery staff will leave the goods at the nearest convenient point for the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products you order will fit into the room or place for which the product is finally intended. Please ensure that you have measured the space required for this item.

In general the majority of orders are delivered between 7 - 14 days.


We offer Free Delivery on all orders OVER £300. If below £300 then a charge of £20 will be applied. Once you have placed an order with us we will be in touch straight away with details on how long your furniture will take. We will contact you as soon as your furniture is available for delivery. You will be offered the next available delivery day based on your postcode. If this is not suitable the next available day will be offered. A signature will be required from you at the time of delivery.

We will always contact you to ensure that someone’s in to sign for the goods. If you do decide to go out then the delivery team will leave a card through your door and will re-arrange another delivery with you. This will result in an extra £49 cost being paid.
